Rainbow cookies revisited

St Patrick's Day makes us think of rainbows, amongst other things! We made these cute cookies last year but a pretty project is always worth going back to right? In fact we're going to make a batch of these at Craft It Up HQ right now!

Here in the Craft It Up studio we need very little encouragement when it comes to cupcakes and baking with the kids!

 

This is such a great baking project where you can sneak in some colour mixing, weights and measurements and safety drills. At least that's what we're telling ourselves. Really, we just love cupcakes! And who wouldn't when each mouthful is a rainbow of cake?

Playtime cookies!

Here in Sydney our kids have just gone back to school after a 2 week break.

If, like ours, your kids are a whole lot happier with sweet treats at the end of the day, then why not whip up a plate?

We made a batch of these gorgeous rainbow cookies to welcome the kids back from school. The verdict? 10 out of 10!

 

Marvellous marbled cookie pops!

These cookies look super impressive but are really easy to make!

And if it takes a few goes to get the marbling right, you might just have to eat the experiments along the way!
